What we offer

Four ways we can help

From a single written opinion to a course of therapy. Start wherever feels manageable — you can change direction later.

Most Booked

Expert Opinion — Text

Post your question and get a written answer from a psychiatrist. A small paid step, not a consultation.

₹99 per query

Psychiatrist Consultation

An unhurried assessment with a psychiatrist: your history, what you are experiencing now, a working diagnosis explained in simple language, and a treatment plan you agree with.

₹1,500 per session

Therapy

A safe, non-judgmental collaborative space to understand yourself, make sense of what you are experiencing, and work towards meaningful change.

₹2,500 per session

Therapy Package — 4 Sessions

Four sessions booked together at a lower rate, because structured therapy works better with continuity than with gaps.

₹8,000 for 4 sessions

All fees are listed in ₹ (INR). Nothing is added afterwards. See full fee details

Conditions

What people come to us with

You do not need a diagnosis to book. If you are not sure where your difficulty fits, that is a perfectly good reason to talk to someone.

Hover or tap any of these to read a little more.

Intrusive thoughts, and the checking or rituals that grow up to quiet them. Treated with exposure and response prevention, medication, or both together.

Low mood, lost interest, and an exhaustion that rest does not improve. Assessment comes first, then a plan you understand and have agreed to.

Persistent worry, physical tension, or sudden surges of fear that arrive without warning. Most people improve once the pattern is named and worked with directly.

Women's mental health is shaped by a unique interplay of biology, life experiences, relationships, and culture. We recognise that distress can look different in women and offer care that considers your experiences, needs, and context.

Episodes of elevated and low mood that need careful diagnosis before anything is prescribed. Long-term stability usually rests on medication plus a routine that holds.

Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking unrefreshed. Often treatable without sedatives once the cause has been identified properly.

Alcohol, cannabis, nicotine or prescription medicines that have become hard to stop. Assessed without judgement, and treated alongside whatever sits underneath.

When two or more good attempts have not worked. Often the diagnosis, the dose or the duration is worth revisiting before the medicine is.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

  1. Choose what you need

A psychiatrist consultation, therapy, a four-session therapy package, or a ₹99 written Expert Opinion if you only have one question.

  2. Pay securely

Payment is handled by Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed the moment payment succeeds — nothing is held before that. A confirmation email and WhatsApp message are sent to you immediately.

  3. We reach you on WhatsApp or Email

The team messages you on the number you gave, to agree a time that suits you both. If you suggested a preferred slot, we prioritize that.

  4. Your appointment, and a plan

Your session takes place over Google Meet. Your clinician encourages a video call, but audio-only is available if you prefer. You leave with a written plan.

Questions

Things people ask before booking

If your question is not here, write to us — we would rather answer it than have you guess.

How does the appointment actually happen?

Once your booking is paid for, the team contacts you on WhatsApp or by email to agree a time and send you a Google Meet link. The session takes place over Google Meet — your clinician encourages a video call but audio-only is available if you prefer.

Is an online consultation as good as meeting in person?

For most psychiatric assessments and for nearly all therapy, remote consultation works well — it is now an established part of mainstream mental health care. If your clinician judges that you need an in-person examination, investigations, or urgent local care, they will inform you directly and will try to help you find it.

Will I be given a prescription?

Where medication is clinically appropriate, your psychiatrist will issue a valid prescription following the telemedicine practice guidelines. Some medicines cannot be prescribed remotely; if that applies to you, it will be explained during the consultation.

Who will see what I share?

Only the clinician you are booked with. What you say in a session is confidential, and is disclosed outside that only in the narrow circumstances the law requires — principally an immediate risk to your life or someone else’s.

What is the difference between a consultation and an Expert Opinion?

A consultation is a full clinical appointment: assessment, diagnosis, and a treatment plan, with a prescription where appropriate. An Expert Opinion is a ₹99 written answer to one specific question — helpful when you want a qualified view before committing to an appointment. It does not include a diagnosis or a prescription.

In a crisis? MindMonks is not an emergency service. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or thinking about self-harm, please contact your nearest emergency department, or call the Tele-MANAS national helpline on 14416 (available 24×7, free, in multiple Indian languages).
